Melody settled for a black cowboy hat (see previous post). Maybe next year she'll get her cowboy in time for the rodeo.
I'm trying to defend myself against Alison. Who said she was the sweetest person they know? She almost took my head off! And she smiled in the process.
I just love the rodeo! It's the only time of year that I somewhat enjoy the smell of fresh manure, beer, cigarette smoke, fried food, and dirty animals.
Yes, this is George. Yes, we were sitting at the very top. Yes, we could still hear him. And yes, we had lots of fun.

My brother and his girlfriend went on the George Strait night & they had fried Oreos too. He said they tasted like chocolate beignets <- he's so fancy. haha.
Eric and I tied the knot on Friday, June 6, 2008. I love life as Mrs. Eric Laughlin. God has blessed me more than I can imagine.
I first saw Eric at a Home Teams Bible Study. I thought he was gorgeous and had a hard time focusing on the lesson. But we didn't have a real in-depth conversation until a few months later on May 5, 2007 at a Cinco de Mayo party at the Spring Retreat. Neither of us dance, so we ended up talking all night. We went on our first date four days later and we've been together ever since. He proposed on December 19, 2007 and we were married six months later. Eric is everything I've ever prayed for and more. God has blessed me beyond words. I am so in love.
